exchanges & Cancellation Policy


  • For exchange, the customer must ship and pay the courier charges.
  • Stitched lehengas are non-returnable.
  • Only one  exchange is allowed per order.

  • exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Packaging Requirements

  • Returned items must include:

    • The original invoice

    • Packaging materials

    • Tags attached to the product

Processing Time

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for your returned product(s) to reach us and be processed.

Only exchange available

  • Exchange or replacement /defective products will be delivered within 7–10 working days after approval.

Product Condition

  • Returned items must:

    • Be in original condition, free from scratches, stains, or deformities

    • Not show signs of being worn, washed, or used

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process complaints for the following issues, an unboxing video is required:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect or missing products

  • Sizing issues

For sizing concerns, the video must clearly show you wearing the item.

 Pick-Up

  • For exchange, the customer must ship and pay the courier charges.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
